Artedame cares a lot about your privacy. We therefore only process data that we need for (improving) our services and we handle the information we have collected about you and your use of our services. We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes. This privacy policy applies to the use of the website and the services provided by Artedame. The starting date for the validity of these conditions is 23/05/2018, with the publication of a new version the validity of all previous versions expires. This Privacy Policy describes what information about you is collected by us, where this data is used for and with whom and under what conditions this data can possibly be shared with third parties. Webshop software of Wix
Our webshop was developed with software from Wix.com. Personal data that you make available to us for the benefit of our services will be shared with this party. Wix has access to your data to provide us (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Wix is obliged to take appropriate security measures on the basis of the agreement we have concluded with them. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and strong password policy. Wix uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software, no personal data is collected and/or stored. Wix reserves the right to share collected data within its own concern in order to further improve the service.
E-mail and mailing lists
Our website uses Wix.com as a third party that receives the e-mail traffic from our website and the handling of any newsletters. All confirmation emails you receive from our website and web forms are sent via the servers of Wix. Wix will never use your name and e-mail address for their own purposes. At the bottom of every e-mail, sent automatically via our website, you will see the 'unsubscribe' link. If you click here you will no longer receive e-mail from our website. Email service
We use the services of Outlook for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss, and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Outlook does not have access to our mailbox and we treat all our e-mail traffic confidentially.
Payment processors through PayPal
For the settlement of (part of) the payments in our webshop, we use the Payment Service Provider PayPal. PayPal processes your name, address and residence details and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. PayPal has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. PayPal reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share (anonymized) data with third parties. In the case of an application for a deferred payment (credit facility) PayPal shares personal data and order data with after-payment service providers. Shipping and logistics through Gambler's Warehouse, USA
If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of Gambler's Warehouse for the execution of the deliveries. It is, therefore, necessary that we share your name, address and residence details with Gambler's Warehouse. Gambler's Warehouse uses this information only for the purpose of executing the agreement. In the event that Gambler's Warehouse engages subcontractors, Gambler's Warehouse will also make your details available to these parties.

For our records of our administration and accounting, we do not use the services of billing and account software.
